Almost April!

I just started my new rotation at Kaiser and I am liking it 100x more! With the setting, the people, my instructors...I'm loving my long days and my 1 day off.

I went up to Seattle last weekend to help celebrate the Guidry's 30th wedding anniversary. They're considered my psuedo parents from Anchorage, who now lives in the Seattle area. Their daughter is one of my best buds from childhood.

Though the intent was to celebrate their anniversary, they turned it around and made it an early birthday celebration for me! With homemade jambalaya (with shrimp, sausage, and chicken. Papa Guidry is from Louisiana and a mean cook.), wine (3 blind moose...how fitting for 3 Alaskans) and dessert..it was perfect. And! Mama Guidry made me an awesome lunch bag!

And a few random projects that I did:
A rug for my bathroom

And a bag to put my crocheting stuff :)
